Hi, I’m Soonjin Cho, a Self-Love and Happy Lifestyle Coach dedicated to helping individuals break free from cycles of pain and self-medication to embrace true healing.

My Story

My journey began in pain. A life shadowed by emotional wounds, self-doubt, and moments of self-medication to escape what felt unbearable. But through deep reflection and spiritual awakening, I discovered that true healing starts with acceptance and love for oneself. This realization became the foundation of my transformation and the heart of my coaching mission.

Today, I live with gratitude, peace, joy, most of all, love— guiding others to find the same. I’ve walked the path from suffering to self-love, from survival to serenity. My story is proof that no matter how broken you feel, healing is always possible when you choose to love yourself first. And now, I’m here to help you rediscover your inner strength and create the joyful, fulfilling life you truly deserve.
